1 Acceptance and Definitions

1.1 Consent Rules

1.1.1 By registering an account, browsing products or placing orders on the platform, the User shall be deemed to have fully read, understood and agreed to all these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy, which shall constitute a legally binding contract.

1.1.2 The Platform reserves the right to revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform by the User shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms. If the User does not accept the updated Terms, the User must cancel their account and cease all use of the Platform’s services.

1.2 Key Term Definitions

1.2.1 Mall: The web-based e-commerce system operated by the Platform;
1.2.2 Buyer: Individual consumers purchasing goods for personal use;

1.2.3 Goods: Automobile engine blocks, cylinder head assemblies, auto spare parts and related components.

2 Account Registration and User Obligations (Applicable to Both Buyers and Merchants)

2.1 Eligibility Requirements for Registration

2.1.1 Individual registrants must be at least 18 years of age and hold a valid passport or local identity card (IC). Minors may only register an account through their legal guardian.

2.1.2 Bulk registration, account lending, buying and selling of accounts are prohibited.

2.2 User Account Liability

2.2.1 The User shall properly safeguard their account login credentials. All operations conducted under the account (including order placement and consultations) shall be deemed acts of the User personally.

2.2.2 Users are prohibited from using their accounts to commit fraud, fake transactions, malicious refund claims, defamation, intellectual property infringement, smuggling or sales of contraband. Accounts found in violation shall be permanently banned.

2.3 Personal Data Compliance (Mandatory under PDPA)

2.3.1 The Mall only collects information necessary for order placement and customer consultations and shall not disclose the User’s personal data to any third party without the User’s consent.

2.3.2 Users may submit requests to access or delete their personal information stored on the Platform.

3 Transaction Rules for Buyers

3.1 Order Placement and Formation of Sales Contract

3.1.1 The Buyer shall submit an order and complete all purchase information. Once the Mall confirms acceptance of the order, a legally binding sales contract between the Buyer and Merchant shall take effect.
3.1.2 The Buyer may modify delivery address, product specifications and quantities after submitting an order.

(2) Mandatory After-sales Service for Quality Defects

1.If Goods arrive damaged, suffer functional malfunctions, or differ materially from the product description, the Buyer shall bear zero shipping fees, and the Merchant must provide applicable warranty services.

2.No unconditional returns shall be accepted once packaging is opened if no quality defects exist.

4 Platform Intellectual Property and Content Rules

1.All proprietary logos, website layouts, system source codes and written content copyrights of the Mall belong to the Platform. Users are prohibited from copying or misappropriating such materials for offline use or other third-party platforms.

2.Intellectual property rights of all images, videos and text uploaded to the Mall shall be retained by the Platform.

5 Prohibited User Conduct

5.1 Engaging in any transactions prohibited by local laws, including money laundering, pyramid schemes and gambling, via the Platform.

5.2 Placing malicious bulk orders, filing extortionate compensation claims, or blackmailing Merchants through malicious negative reviews.

5.3 Launching attacks against the Platform’s servers, crawling large volumes of product data, or implanting malicious virus programs.

5.4 Distributing pornographic, violent, racially discriminatory, defamatory or religious hate speech content. 5.5 Offering bribes or kickbacks to Platform staff, in violation of anti-corruption laws.

6 Platform Disclaimer Clauses (Fair and Non-Unilateral)

6.1 Temporary service suspension of the Mall caused by force majeure events (including floods, power outages, internet service provider failures and government regulatory controls) shall not render the Merchant liable for compensation. The Merchant will assist Users with order resolution as soon as reasonably possible.
6.2 The Merchant shall not be liable for any losses arising from the User’s own disclosure of account login details.
6.3 Loss or damage of goods caused by third-party logistics carriers shall be compensated by the logistics provider; the Merchant will assist the User by supplying relevant order documentation for claims.

7 Account Suspension, Cancellation and Service Termination

7.1 Voluntary Account Cancellation by Users

Buyers may submit an account cancellation application once their shopping cart is empty and there are no pending deliveries.

7.2 Unilateral Service Termination by the Platform

If a User engages in any prohibited conduct specified in Clause 5, the Platform may freeze or cancel the User’s account without prior notice and shall not be obligated to pay any compensation. The Platform reserves the right to recover all resulting losses from the violating User.

7.3 Surviving Obligations Post-Termination

After account closure, obligations relating to intellectual property infringement and confidentiality shall remain perpetually valid and shall not be terminated by the cessation of Platform services.

9 Miscellaneous General Provisions

9.1 Delivery of Notices: In-platform messages, registered email addresses and bound mobile phone numbers provided by the Merchant shall constitute valid legal channels for serving formal notices to Users.
9.2 Severability: If any single clause herein is ruled invalid by a local court, all remaining clauses shall remain in full legal force and effect.
9.3 Entire Agreement: These Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy together constitute the complete binding agreement between the User and the Platform.
