Engine Warranty Terms：

1. Every engine undergoes hot running-in testing before delivery. We will only release engines after all operating parameters pass inspection, including running noise, vibration, lubricating oil pressure, zero oil/water leakage, and operating temperature.

2. Scan the QR code of the JL.power brand to activate the warranty prior to installation and use. The warranty term commences on the date you submit your warranty claim. Engines without completed warranty activation shall not be covered by warranty.

3. The complete engine is covered by a 6-month unlimited mileage warranty.

4. Within the 6-month warranty period, if a covered fault occurs, we provide replacement for consumable parts including water pump, valve cover gasket, crankshaft front oil seal, spark plugs, side cover assemblies and oil pan gasket. No warranty coverage shall apply after 6 months.

5. Within the 6-month warranty period, if a covered fault occurs, we offer component replacement or labor reimbursement for repairable parts including cylinder head components, timing chain, timing guide rail, tensioner, oil pump, cylinder head gasket and crankshaft rear oil seal, as well as issues related to cylinder compression pressure. No warranty coverage shall apply after 6 months.

6. If core critical components are damaged within the warranty period, including engine block, cylinder head, pistons, piston rings, crankshaft, connecting rods, camshaft, valves, balance shafts and main/rod bearings, we will provide a full engine replacement. No warranty coverage shall apply after 6 months.

Disclaimer：

1. No warranty coverage for engine overheating, cooling channel corrosion, water pump corrosion or blown head gasket caused by inferior antifreeze or tap water.

2. No warranty coverage for engine overheating or blown cylinder head gasket resulting in coolant leakage due to aging cooling system components.

3. No warranty coverage for abnormal component wear caused by inferior lubricating oil or oil filters.

4. No warranty coverage for internal engine carbon sludge buildup caused by substandard engine oil.

5. No warranty coverage for excessive oil consumption from premature piston ring wear due to inferior air filters and poor intake air quality.

6. No warranty coverage for sunken valve seats caused by low-grade air filters and contaminated intake air.

7. No warranty coverage for abnormal engine noise, piston damage or poor valve sealing resulting from foreign object ingress due to uncleaned intake manifolds.

8. Full engine warranty shall not apply to vehicles converted to run on natural gas fuel.
